Production

Ready-to-ship models leave our studio in 5 to 7 business days. Each movement is hand-adjusted and tested three times before it earns our seal.

Custom dial orders take 10 to 15 business days. We send you a design proof to approve before we begin.

You will receive updates at every stage of the build, and you can check your order status anytime.

Every watch carries our hand-engraved wing logo, finished with precision color filling and polishing in-house.

Beyond that, we offer custom dial artistry, personalized surface designs, case back engraving, and full component color matching. Modishwatch / Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Geographic Coverage

Our standard logistical network currently services patrons across the United States (fully inclusive of Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. If you are ordering from outside these regions, please reach out to our desk at support@modishwatch.com to inquire about specialized international arrangements.

2. Transportation Tariffs

Modishwatch provides complimentary Standard Shipping for all orders routed to Canadian and US territories. There is no minimum cart threshold or spend requirement needed to unlock this benefit.

3. Expected Fulfillment Windows

Your package’s ultimate arrival timeline is determined by combining our internal warehouse handling with courier transit duration. All calculations are based strictly on standard business days (Monday through Friday).

  • United States Orders:

    • Warehouse Handling: 3 – 5 business days

    • Courier Transit: 3 – 5 business days

    • Total Arrival Window: 4 – 8 business days

  • Canada Orders:

    • Warehouse Handling: 1 – 3 business days

    • Courier Transit: 5 – 10 business days

    • Total Arrival Window: 6 – 13 business days

Logistics Note: These timelines serve as estimates. Unforeseen border custom inspections, carrier operational backlogs, or regional public holidays may alter final delivery dates.

4. Dispatch Locations

To ensure the most efficient delivery possible, orders are processed and dispatched from a distributed network of regional fulfillment partners and logistics hubs, chosen automatically based on real-time inventory and your physical location.

5. Lost Shipments & Routing Protocol

  • Return Routing: Under no circumstances should packages be mailed back to our corporate head office listed below. To ensure your request is safely tracked, you must first email support@modishwatch.com to secure formal return clearance and the exact coordinate of our intake fulfillment facility.

  • Delivery Discrepancies: If your tracking information states "Delivered" but the parcel cannot be located, contact our team immediately with your order number and tracking code. We will launch an official tracer investigation with the courier, which typically yields a resolution within 3 business days.
