Production

Ready-to-ship models leave our studio in 5 to 7 business days. Each movement is hand-adjusted and tested three times before it earns our seal.

Custom dial orders take 10 to 15 business days. We send you a design proof to approve before we begin.

You will receive updates at every stage of the build, and you can check your order status anytime.

Craftsmanship

Every watch carries our hand-engraved wing logo, finished with precision color filling and polishing in-house.

Beyond that, we offer custom dial artistry, personalized surface designs, case back engraving, and full component color matching. Bring your unique vision to life from intricate hand-painted motifs to signature emblems and exclusive patterns. Our artists work closely with you to translate your ideas into stunning wearable art that tells your story.

Refund policy

  • Modishwatch / Return & Refund Policy

    1. The 7-Day Window

    You have a window of exactly 7 days following the verified delivery date to flag a return with us. To be eligible for a payout reversal, the timepiece must remain in pristine, unaltered condition: entirely unworn, completely unused, with all factory tags and protective films intact, and secured inside its original presentation box.

    2. Final Sale Exemptions

    Any items purchased from our clearance or vault sale sections are deemed final sales. These promotional pieces cannot be sent back or exchanged under any circumstances.

    3. Formal Authorization Required

    Do not mail packages blindly. Every return requires step-by-step authorization:

    1. Initiate: Send an explicit request to our support desk via support@modishwatch.com.

    2. Allocation: Once approved, our agents will issue a specific Return Shipping Address tied to our regional fulfillment center.

    3. Warning: Do NOT ship parcels to our registered corporate address. Any unauthorized packages sent without our prior email consent will be automatically rejected and turned away.

    4. Shipping Costs & Logistics Fees

    • Return Transit: For standard preference returns (non-defective items), the customer is entirely responsible for sourcing and paying for the return shipping label.

    • Fulfillment Deduction: While Modishwatch proudly waives all traditional restocking fees, a flat $15 handling fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to offset our original outbound shipping and operational costs.

    5. Reimbursement Timeline

    Following the physical arrival and thorough inspection of your timepiece at our warehouse, approved credits will be routed back to your initial payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to clear and process the transaction.
